DEMANDS
1. The board should sanction funds for disbursing
the pending payment to the workers.
2. Transfers should be effected based on
the guidelines
3. The unilaterally imposed modification in leave facilities
should be cancelled
4. The vigilance clearance system which delays pension
benefits must be avoided.
5. Part-time service weightage to the eligible
workers should be sanctioned.
6. The delay in junior/senior fixation should
be ended.
7. The grade benefit for overseers which is denied should be
given.
8. The dependent CLR workers appointed must be given permanency based
on long-term settlement.
9. Increments, weightage and grades should be
sanctioned To the provisional meter readers.
10. The eligible promotions
which are delayed should be sanctioned immediately.
11. The deduction
effected on bonus should be paid back.
12. Those got advise from PSC should
be given appointment.
13. Mazdoor should be appointed from the PSC list.
14. The HR system should be abolished
15. Unnecessary working arrangement
should be cancelled.
16. Special order system for claims should be stopped.
17. Appoint permanent workers as meter readers.
